997.2 is PDK which is light year ahead of Tiptronic
- 997.2 has new engine with more power and better fuel economy
- 997.2 has no IMS / Bore Scoring issue. No risk to blow the engine (google "Porsche IMS issue 997")
- 997.2 has most problems reported from 997.1 fixed from factory, also with much better PCM3.0 stereo centre console
- 997.2 Carrera S has 380PS
