Hong Kong’s First //M Fest!

Local M fanatics gathered in the early hours of Sunday 15th May 2016 for the first ever ///M FEST in Hong Kong! The photoshoot took place in Yan O, Sunny Bay with a turnout of almost 100 M-powered vehicles ranging from the iconic E30 M3 Sport Evo to the latest turbo-charged F80 models.

The range of BMW Motorsport cars includes E30, E36, E46, E90, E92, F80, F82, E82 1M as well as M5 from the E60 and F10 series. The largest turnout came from the E92 and E46 series with each car having its own individualised style and unique customised detail.

It really goes to show why these cars are so popular with euro spec ‘tuners’. We spotted an incredible supercharged E90, the combination of supercharger whine and exhaust note was like nothing else we’ve heard!

Some other highlights included the E30 M3 Evo for sale at Contempo Motors, a non-street legal E92 heavily modified for track use, and a great drift spec yellow E36 M3 completely stripped to bare shell, where one would normally find the rear passenger seat lay a pair of semi slick tires!
